Hi All, hoping someone could help me, would this tile seem acceptable to you, or am I being picky, it is just not smooth to touch as tiles feel jagged and not flush. I have attached pictures, this job is 2 days in, thank you for any advice you can give, they are porcelain tiles 600 x 300

Thank you for your reply, I will speak to him today,I hate confrontation, but have been saving ages for this bathroom makeover 😢
I know it’s difficult to tell someone that they’re work isn’t acceptable but explain the lippage / uneven joints and the bad chipped edges etc.
Be firm and request a refund on materials/ tiles etc and hopefully you haven’t paid them anything up front. That certainly isn’t acceptable at all.

I would love to sit on a stool in the corner of that room while he is working and every tile he cut and had the cheek to put up I would say really?....REALLY? Surely to god he knows its rubbish?

I bought the tiles myself, but haven't paid tiler a penny. But will have to buy more tiles now, luckily I can pick up same batch number on Tuesday,

That is awful, sorry you've been victim to that. Hopefully you can find someone else who is recommended by somebody you know has had work done by them.
