BAL HELP Bal Micromax Inspirations Two Grout problem, - Tile Advice

Please help, we have used Bal Micromax inspirations two on stone flooring and it’s got around the edges of the stone and we are struggling to remove it. Because the stone is pitted it looks awful and water and wire wool helps but just seems to smear it around. We are getting nowhere fast and it’s spoilt the overall look of the tiles. How can we remove it all? Is there a solution, method, anything that will work? We are desperate for advice. Thank you very much.

What stone is it? I've used Fila stone grout haze remover successfully in the past

Probably best to stick to the same brand that has been used to seal the tiles. You’re going to need something for calciferous stone. A grout residue remover

On a side note, I used one of these on some porcelain earlier on in the year. The Porc was an absolute disaster with grout being stuck but it came off really well with this random cleaning mesh.

It’s basically concrete slabs ( the same as you would use for an outside patio )
