hello people - Tile Advice

hi people. just starting out on the tiling career as i was made redundant and i have done a 4 week tiling course. just got my first job which is a bit daunting as it is slate floor tiles and large format ceramic wall tiles with a slate border. any advice on the slate would be most welcome. thanks all. nick.
