Floor tiles lifted on calcium based self level floor - Tile Advice

Hi all,my tiler fitted 600x600 porceline tiles to my calcium based concrete slab,it was 4 months after it being poured and he did a test by laying a peice of polythene taped around edges to see if it was still emiting moisture,this was after it was professionally sanded sorry and no moisture was detected,
He proceeded to seal the floor with norcos prime bond (duck egg green colour) the day before and layed tiles with decent Weber adhesive which I supplied,
Few month after moving in and building heat up gradually I heard crackling sound,I’ve now lifted every tile with a sucker leaving the floor perfectly clean,no adhesive has stuck apart from a hand sized area around a door post and beside back door,
On backs of tiles shows signs of a green colour like the bonding norcos primer,can any one help to what has happened as tiler at a loss as well

Have you any photos ? Were the tiles damp on the underside

Was the heating switched on and commissioned before the tiles were laid?

Yes floor was on for about 2weeks prior to laying of tiles

Sounds like the primer didn't soak into the floor....

Why the mix of primer and adhesive manufacturers? ...although it wouldn't usually cause a problem but you have lost any manufacturers warranties mixing them up..

What dilution rate of primer ? Was the heating turned commissioned prior to tiling ?

1-4 1st coat 1-3 second coat as recommended

Screed hadn't fully cured. Residual moisture prevented the primer doing its job. Pop!
These floors need to be checked properly Not with a piece of plastic taped down!

BAL reps will do a proper carbide water test for free..

If your tiling career has many years left then you need to own your own testing equipment as these screeds are only going to increase in popularity.

I agree with @Localtiler . I read years ago 80% of all new floors in France were lafarge gyvlon

not here....
some years ago they did it, but after a short time
has disappeared.

I've seen two around my way, tiled one, the other wouldn't let me test it so walked.
I have test equipment but really can't see it taking of at all.
I did have a customer who had a company lined up to do about 300m2, 50m2 was a pool surround. He was expecting me to tile it after 2 weeks. Got sand and cement in the end.
