Fix-a-floor. For fixing tiles with voids.

Got to use this fix-a-floor stuff today. What a load of... rubbish, and that's being kind.
One loose tile 300 x 300 and the grout cracked a bit.
Drilled eight 4mm holes in 6mm grout lines. Cut the nozzle for a snug fit. Injected it in.
Only about 5% went in, while most just came out the same hole. What a f'ing mess.
Ended up lifting tile spent about a half an hour cleaning up then relayed with adhesive.
Stuff has the consistency of melted ice cream, gets everywhere.
If they changed the nozzle to something with rubber on it, or just make it all rubber, to get a tighter fit in the drill hole, so more goes in the hole rather than out of it. That may help a bit.
If you see the advert for it on youtube, its nothing like that. Obviously staged to make it look so easy to use.

Mostly to tile restoration now. Thought I would give it a go, not so much for speed more for less mess.
So today had the mess with a rubbish load of runny glue mixed through it.
Lesson learned lol

I mean, a fix like that is not too far from how you can solve the OP's problem.
In fact I did that very thing today. Haha (I did not use pva!)

I've lifted a 300 year old tile for historic Scotland quite similar way with expanding foam.

It is pva alright.
Snake oil, reminds me of drinking Green Chartreuse and slithering around the floor like a well oiled snake.

Actually it does work but it's not as easy as they say, the trick is to use a dental pick and feel inside the hole you drilled, you have to find a hallow spot using the dental pick or a wire for the material to go in, if there's no hallow spot it will come right back out, I've wasted several tubes figuring this out, usually the grout is still sealed to the floor so you have to angle the drill bit to go under the tile, once you find the hallow spot it will pump right in, sometimes you will have to drill several holes but it does work.
