Finishing without trim+

Hey guys,

We have some porcelain tiles in a matt white. Stutal stone sort of vibe (Rushmore white to be specific). We're keen thay these look as natural as possible for the effect we're going for.

Can the raw edges be painted of successfully primed first? If so, will Zinsser 123 do the job priming? Or do I need some kind of sealer first? - I assume filling any gaps with a caulk bead would be a good idea too.

Any thoughts much appreciated, our bathroom is being kicked off after the Jubilee so I need to make decisions rapidly!

Yep. Ok to paint tile edges then wipe off excess from front of tile. Depends on the finished look that you want

Cheers, would you advise any sealing first, or will the Zinsser do the job before an Eggshell top coat?
