What quote would need to include.
Time scales, ie projected start and finish date.
Materials on site, or on order?
Empty dwelling or not?
Work space available?.

Not saying these are mandatory, but all questions I have to ask.

Yeah I can make them as optional questions. I'm sure some won't know the full ins and outs untill a tiler has come around quote it but if they do know they can pass that on when making the thread make life easier.
