Please checkout the following advertisement.
Just wondered who scored and then fingered the tile before nipping or who uses a grinder and if you have dust extraction (if not what do you do when its raining)?
I was thinking around basin etc

Loads of dust sheets, a wet cutter, something like a vitrex 750 pro and a decent pair of nippers ..

Blunt Tool

Multi tool the thickness of tile and https://www.tilersforums.com/forums/tile-adhesive/ so they slide under!

Take the toilet out, turn it over and make a cardboard template of bottom, put toilet back in and cut tiles to template.
Easy really.:D

Take the toilet and basin out , is the best and easiest option.
However that wasn't the question the OP asked...
Just saying....:)
