Need advise posted here before. Got porcelain tiles cream coloured dirt gets trapped in them and is very hard to remove. I am looking to seal them. Can anyone recommend a good cleaner and tile sealer.

your tiles are a lappato finish , these arent ideal on floors as they need to be dried off with a micro fibre each time they are cleaned as the textured glaze on them traps moisture , hot water or a steam mop will shift the dirt and dry them off as you do it , no topical sealers will solve the issue , you just have to follow the correct cleaning method

Try using ltp grimex to clean then seal with ltp glaze protector.
The only thing being it will leave the tiles shiny, or try the new LTP porcelain protector, but bear in mind steam mops and detergents will break down any sealers.
Phone them and ask for some 100ml samples to try out
