I have gone to so many stores to remodel my house, I am not sure if it was Lowes or Home Depot, but these tile are light grey. I installed them in 2004 or 2005. I am showing the accent tile, which I do not need (just a reference help), I just need a few of the 12 x 12 floor tiles.

Does anyone know who made this tile?
