As we close out for Christmas 2011 and the end of the year
I thought it worth posting up some information introducing
new forum readers to our No1 best seller the "bathroom fitters kit".

This simple solution has a combination of the service pipe sizes for a bathroom (example: Radiators, Shower Head, Waste, 22mm Bath pipe) and also a selection of 6mm and 8mm cores to tackle the red rawl plugs and brown rawl plugs for fitting fixures and fittings. (example: loo roll holder, mirror, shower screen, robe hook, soap dish, cabinets).

The service pipe cores can also be used to open up (widen) holes to suit ANY size that you may need in a tile.

For those of you new to the Tilers Forums here is the best selling tile drilling solution for very hard tiles:

At £49.99 (£41.66 plus VAT) the drills work out
at an incredible £5.95 each plus VAT !
valueformoney2.gif

Including 20% VAT

You simply cant buy them in the shops that cheap. And the reason is that 365-Drills are the UK manufacturer of them.

Made in a UK factory.

Each pack has a FREE anti-slip guide plate so that you can drill without skating on the tiles.
You do not have to spend extra cash on complicated and expensive clamps which can fall off the wall.

We even offer a simple explaination of how to use water to cool by using a wet sponge
Why waste £30 or £40 of your money on water cooling systems which add cost and is an additional cumbersome step?
Yes we sell the sponges (if you want them) for £1.75 but we make it very clear you can utilise your own.

sponge1a.jpg

Hold ANY water filled sponge UNDER the rotating core to cool and to catch dust.

A sponge soaked in water eliminates dust exposure for the installer and increases the lifespan of the holesaw by cooling the drilling operation leading in turn to faster drilling.
Using a dedicated drilling sponge saves contaminating your clean sponges with grit, dirt and diamonds.

Lightweight easy to use equipment gets you fast access into awkward areas.

Drilling to milimeter perfection on those expensive porcelain tiles.
Wont break them too!

Accesories and fittings are fitted with perfection on any tile job.

Holes for service pipes are perfect every time. At 16mm 30mm and 40mm

17.jpg

So for example radiator pipes look neat.

Dsc07724.jpg

Shower heads and shower valves come through easily.

Dsc07702.jpg

Here you can see the typical waste pipe (32mm) and the hot / cold feeds at 15mm for a pedestal - sink.
Again elegant and simple.

CUSTOM

At 365Drills because we have our own factory we can produce ANY size you need. It doesnt have to be a drill size on the standard list.
We can also custom build any set that you choose. Just tell us what sizes you need and we can pick from stock.

If you dont want a twin pack of 35mm and just need a single. Then just ask.

35mm.jpg

34.jpg

Perhaps you are just drilling ONE single hole for a granite worktop to fit a basin. Why do you need a twin pack?
So call and tell us what you need for the job.

1.jpg

Example customer only needed a hole for waste and a hole for tap (35mm tap and 42mm waste)
So we supplied a combo pack to the plumber.

We have also added for 2012 the option to purchase an essential tool pack.

toolkit4.jpg

The pack contains two essential items to make your drilling life easier.

1) The first is a core extraction tool. Did you know as you bore into tiles small fragments can lodge inside the diamond drill. This useful J-hook is strong enough to help eject even the most stubborn grit stuck in the barrel and clear the jam. Of course you can use your own implements like small screwdrivers, Allen keys etc. but for such a small outlay this item is going to prove itself instantly.
The kit also contains a:

2) Dedicated water cooling sponge. Using a sponge soaked in water eliminates dust exposure for the installer and increases the lifespan of a holesaw by cooling it during the drilling operation leading in turn to faster drilling. It retains a superior amount of water and is ideally shaped not to obstruct your drilling. A dedicated drilling sponge saves contaminating clean sponges with grit, dirt and diamonds. This kit is great value for money and will help you.

Little update on this and its the pack configuration seperating the 6mm from the 8mm. Just a minor tooling tweek for us but its to stop the drill bits droping down
inside the pack at retailers.

And in case you are wondering what the black numbers are for, well thats for our USA market.

They love working in inches... So imperial for them !

Re: "All in one" tile drilling solution still remains the best selling

Everything is made here, however we do reserve the right to bring some items in if there is either a problem with production times or delays.
So far thats been rare.

It gives us speed and adaptability.

An exampole of our flexibility is For example our distrubutor in New Zealand doesnt like the 40mm in the pack and wants a 45mm instead.
So we are creating a special kit just for them which will launch by about October 2012.

We will just need to find a name of the kit. It will contain 6mm 6mm 8mm 8mm 16mm 30mm 45mm 2x guide plates, 1 x water sponge.

And yes we will offer it for sale via the tilers forums too !!

Just found this post tonight and the slight irony is that its almost two years old. The product is still as good.

What changed is that we are now more engaged in RETAIL outlets etc.

2012 was a good start for UK retail and also we have strong exports. I am also planning on revealing a new aliance in 2013 with a leading UK retail outlet.
They are not HUGE (IE we are not talking 300 branches - more like 20 branches)
So hopefully I will report that just like Tile Depot who we worked with in 2012 this new contact for 2013 will work out too....
More details as and when things are confirmed.

main.jpg

Tile Depot are a "NICE" 20 branch account and a great company to our portfolio for 2012

We look forward to being about to tell you about another 20 branch account in 2013

Slow and Steady I believe is the course for 365Drills.......
