Advice renovating a pool - Tile Advice

I’m going to be renovating a pool in Spain soon, hacking off and renewing the waterline tiles and replacing missing loose mosaic tiles where needed.

All though I’m a tiler I haven’t done this sort of work before so I would be grateful for any advice as to what adhesives and grout to go for and also what to use for crack filling here and there.

Until the pool is empty I won’t know if there are other areas in the pool that need attention. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
