What do you mean by '6mm on tile' ? I would normally back butter, are you suggesting more than just a thin coat?
Question , why 10 mm then 6mm as opposed to 8mm and 8mm . Same bed thickness but use of only one trowel.Porcelain is porcelain, if they’re 10mm, then no different.
10mm on wall, 6mm on tile, trowel all the same way across shortest distance on wall and tile.
