Hi, I have a very small area (1m.sq) on an exterior doorway entrance wall to tile. I would prefer not to use ready mix adhesive but looking for a good alternative solution if any only due to buying a very large bag of adhesive powder which will go to waste. I would appreciate any thoughts on...
Hi,
I'm currently prepping a shower for tiling. One wall has been built out for the shower pipework, which I'm covering in 12mm wedi board. The other is an internal brick wall, which is currently scratch coated with hardwall.
Having read around here it seems tiling directly onto hardwall is a...
Hi - Had reason to do a quick fix for a neighbour the other day and she had a Fix&Grout Ready Mixed Product from Everbuild. Only a fix on some bathroom sink tiles but worked really well. I've since had a look online and noticed Mapei who I use a lot also do a Fix&Grout product. Has anyone used...
Hi, first time posting.
I’m in the middle of tiling my own bathroom, first time having a go at it. After doing a half wall and the first wall of the corner shower I’ve made a few mistakes but figured it out as I’ve gone.

How would you go about tiling a floor and or wall that's massively out of plumb ? When things like self level or plastering would raise the overall level too much?
Hi all,
I'm looking to tile the entirety of our small patio area with either brick slips or terracotta tiles and would appreciate picking the brains of experts please.

Hi,
I'm trying to assess what prep is needed on the walls for my kitchen backsplash. We'll be using a metro tile or longer rectangular tile (up to 300mm length) in brickbond and as the walls have some bow on one side and a fairly substantial runout on the other, I'm trying to workout what I...
Afternoon all, hope you are all having a good weekend.
