Hi all,
Looking for some advice as I’m really concerned about the quality of work in our bathroom :(. We were starting to worry as there are some uneven cuts and large gaps between the tiles/messy grout but were assured it would be tidied up.
He has started to mastic the edges and I have raised...
Our builder has just finished grouting our bathroom renovation and we’ve started to notice some issues. Is this us being picky or is it actually a bad job?
We’ve noticed a lot of uneven tiles, some bad grout work and chips in the cuts of tiles.
If it is a bad job is there anyway of fixing it...
Hi. I’m looking for about 1.5 sq. m. of these floor tiles. Any of the 5-tile pattern sizes would be great, although at least one of the large square tile (18” x 18”, 45cm x 45cm) would be wonderful. Happy to pay postage & packing, of course, or pick up in person in a COVID-secure way if seller...
Hiya, so I've been asked to tile a wet room full floor and walls. I've been sent this photo of the floor, what material is this and is it going to be difficult to remove? It's my first bathroom/wetroom to tile as I'm new to the game.
TIA :-)

Hi,
We got our newbuild hallway and kitchen tiled last year, overall we are happy with the job as it was done by a professional tiler who is a friend of my boss at a discount. For the most part it looks great, it is just the edges where skirting/door frame meets grout.
My only gripe is this...
Long shot I know but would anyone have any idea on what this tile is? Broke some taking out a shower tray and now in need of a handful.
Likely Homebase and size is approx 25 x 33. Could be related to ‘Atlas Beige’ which is in the main bathroom, has the same sizing and looks similar but lighter...
This kitchen is not level as can be seen in the attached picture.
From floorboard to kitchen leg (white leg bit) towards the back, it is 28mm in height.
From floorboard to kitchen leg (white leg bit) towards the oven on the left hand side, it is 21mm.
From floorboard hallway door, it is 17mm in...

Hi all,
I was wondering if you can possibly help me out.
Just had a tiler come and tile the downstairs hall and bathroom and i really don't think these should be looking like this. He is wanting to come back in the next couple of days to stick them down and grout them but i am really concerned...
I am in the process of creating my tiling job in 3d in sketchup. Please can members help me copy the trim on this window still.
What type of trim was used around the edges of the window still on this job?
I notice only one alternating tile is cut along the edge to butt up against the outside...
Hi everyone
I'm having my bathroom redone and they've been here today tiling the walls. I'm a little concerned that the job they've done isn't great with a change in the gap/alignment of the tiles. I've attached some examples of what I mean.
I was wondering if I could get a second opinion and...
Just moved in to our new house with floor tiles. The grout is meant to be cermento ( but it looks lighter then I remember)
I have tried cleaning them but the grout is patchy and some areas it’s ‘smooth’ and others look ‘Sandy’
I have no idea if this is what it’s meant to look like, but I am...
Hi all,
I've had a go at tiling our cloakroom loo and its going ok, (I am extremely slow, it ridiculous). I opted to make the corner of the room the starting point as that is what's seen from the hallway, when u walk past it.
My issue is if I follow the patten round from the existing tiling in...
