    Has anyone ever used this in other grouts besides bal to make them more flexible ... I know you shouldn't do it, and bal would never recommend it........ But in the real world do you think it would have disastrous consequences if used in grout 3000....?

    Black Bal Grout seems to have penetrated through the wall tiles

    Can any tilers recommend a way of getting these black dots off our wall tiles? The tiles are matt white and are porcelain. Black Bal grouting was used. We have tried all different grout removers but none have worked.
