Unipipe underfloor heating
Hi guys, anyone tiled over this product? It’s polystyrene grooved product that heating pipes run through over laid with a metal fibred strong board. New product to me and would like any advice or procedures req prior to tiling. Can’t seem to find any info on it.

I would have siliconed between tray and bottom of plasterboard, then the next day then once set,
tank over the lot. Advice late but might help someone else !

Remember to leave a 1-2mm gap between sheet junctions for expansion. If it is going to be a wet room, seal the gaps with silicone compatible with the waterproofing membrane you are going to be using over the top.
Thanks timeless John. Yep obviously I do as you say in terms of the rest of the tanking ' tape internal corners ' etc. But do you lip the tape or bandage over the length of the tray and silicone though? Or do you just paint the tanking down onto the silicone?
Hi guys
Just like your opinions on tanking onto the top of a shower tray. I currently seal the tray against the wall, mid way down the thickness of the tray. Then seal along the top of the tray and wall. Let that go off. Then tank onto that sealant followed by then placing the 'bandage' over...
