I bet ur a student of Wim ( The Ice Man ) HoffCumulative effects are what will bite you later. Personally, i try to be very careful mixing and cutting. If i don't wear a mask then i hold my breath. I can still do 25m underwater and i reckon it's the practise i get cutting porcelain which keeps my lungs like that!
I think even when u wet cut there's airborne mist containing them nasty particlesI've started wearing mask when ever I'm mixing since the last few months, been a bit chesty. I'm well into it now, was just cutting a porcelain tile with the grinder earlier and even tho using a sponge, there is still some dust.
I like a cold shower. Yes.I bet ur a student of Wim ( The Ice Man ) Hoff
I watched him on the joe Rogan experience the guys mad as a box of frogs but his stuff works I had my Mrs time me holding my breath for 3 mins using his techniquesI like a cold shower. Yes.
I've read his stuff and i buy into the whole mind over body thing. Try the cold shower thing, it's the hardest most painful thing I've ever done (ever) but it really makes you feel supercharged.I watched him on the joe Rogan experience the guys mad as a box of frogs but his stuff works I had my Mrs time me holding my breath for 3 mins using his techniques
I once held my breathe for 3 minutes when I had to pay a visit to the porta loo at V festival
