jonny, the name of the stone is G654 .. its from china.
the compass is home made. i built it for my master course in the year 2002.

maby you can change the cutter to a pencil.. its cheap and its for 120cm

I like the large compass . Can't find a big one anywhere over here in uk..do you know where I can buy even in Germany and what is largest radius.

I seem to remember teachers used large compasses with chalk on the blackboard. Could try a school supplier.
